I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed every detail here, including staff and location, that were excellent. Check-in was good.

Clean hotel with stunning location in San Juan just next door to the beach and good eating places. The breakfast was great, had a lot of options and the food was awesome. The room was brand-new with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Everything was perfect, the service was good. I stayed in brand-new room with a Balcony view as expected.

Fast check-in, newly furnished rooms, superb breakfast. Staff - exceptionally helpful, and were ready to help. Our room had a big bed and a magnificent view. We loved the cocktail bar. Pretty lobby.

The stuff were hospitable and the room was huge and recently refurbished. Nice beds, facilities to make tea and 2 windows in the room. Lots of bacon and eggs at breakfast. Fantastic area, central location. A good stay and great value.

Had an awesome time. I loved that my king room included luxurious bathroom. Hospitality from the whole staff. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, pleasant location.

The bed was great, and the room itself was great.

Staff was superfriendly, decor was original, beds were cozy. There were satellite TV, climate control and coffee facilities in the room, loved that. The breakfast was plentiful, plenty of cheap food.

so clean, beach side hotel, i liked very well kept rooms and efficient staff. pretty decent location relatively near carolina beach. breakfast food was perfect. services were exceptional too.

The hotel is spotless, staff are well-trained and breakfast is tasty. It has central location, however the area is a bit disappointing.

The staff were flexible, the room was well presented and I liked brilliant location. Eclectic style hotel with comfortable furniture in the rooms. The venue provided snacks in the lobby.

Our favorite hotel in San Juan, staff was incredibly nice. We had an outstanding stay here, everything was perfectly fine. Loved ground room overlooking the lagoon. It offered first-class service and really good food too. Also, free wifi was available throughout the property.

Perfect rooms, truly lovely hotel. The staff was pleasant enough and we were pleased with helpful service.

It was not far from everything and the view was wonderful. The beach is beautiful. I visited Entrevinos 4-6 minutes walking distance the venue for a few drinks: )

Came in San Juan to relax and have fun, this hotel was ideal base for doing it. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Aleli. Greatly enjoyed the way our guest room was arranged. It was worth its 4 stars.

The room was decently priced. We will be back, if traveling to San Juan.

We ca n't wait to go back, no reason to complain. It was in general a GREAT experience.
